Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product.  If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same day as we specify to you by email.  Credit card refunds typically appear within 1 to 5 days, it is determined by your card provider.



Delivery Issues

If any delivery issue arises, we will present the customer with two options: to resend the order or to refund it.  If a refund is preferred, it will be issued back to the original payment method on the same day as agreed to by email.

Returning items back to us
