Shipping Terms
Delivery Estimates
You will be presented with two shipping to choose from during the checkout process, standard or express delivery. We are based in and ship from Hong Kong. Orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent by our warehouse within 1 to 48 hours.
Standard Delivery: 5 to 12 days. This type of shipment is always sent via a postal method (such as Hong Kong Post) and your post office will be responsible for the end delivery.
Express Delivery: 2 to 3 days. These shipments are sent via Fedex or DHL Express.
We ship worldwide and charge a flat fee of $9.99 USD per order regardless of the number of products ordered.

Shipping FAQ
We do ship internationally, to any country in the world. We also ship to PO and APO/FPO boxes.
Our standard delivery option is shipped with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout. If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.
Within 1-24 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section. Copy and paste the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available, it can take a few days for tracking information to activate. Postal carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.
