Do you charge sales tax or VAT? 
We do not charge any sales tax on any order.  For EU countries, there is no VAT charged and no import duties will be incurred.


Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes? 
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes. Orders to PO Boxes will be sent through the post office.


Has my order shipped?  
Click the Order Status link at the top of our site to check your orders status.  If the order status is labeled as "Processed" or "Completed", then it has alerady been shipped.


How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders by standard delivery will deliver within 5 to 12 days after the order has been placed. Expedited delivery or "Express" mail will deliver within 2 to 4 business days.

We offer the lowest prices online for many products.  We have an extremely friendly and easygoing approach to customer service. How do I track my order?  
Click the Order Status link at the top of our site to check your orders status.  After typing in your email and order number, you will see your order information.  Click the shipments tab to view your tracking number and click the Track button.


Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, etc?
Yes, we do ship internationally, to anywhere in the world.  International Orders are shipped via International Airmail.  Orders take 5 to 14 days to arrive.
